Julia Salzman | Law Clerk

Julia is a third-year law student at the University of Houston Law Center.

She received a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduating from UTSA, she worked as a tax associate for Ernst & Young, focusing on tax controversy and dispute resolution concerning state and local income and franchise taxes. Julia also interned with Ernst & Young’s Global Trade practice, developing skills related to international trade regulations, foreign-trade zones, and customs compliance. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Marvin Isgur in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She currently serves as the Chief Articles Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. When she isn’t working or studying, Julia enjoys cooking, playing pickleball, and reading.
